Job Summary:

The Customer Relations Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and promoting our pavement maintenance services. As the key liaison between Modern Stripe Pavement and Construction and potential clients, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of pavement maintenance, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a 100% commission based position.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients in the commercial, municipal, and educational sectors who could benefit from our pavement maintenance services.
- Utilize various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events, to generate leads and establish initial contact with prospects.

2. Consultative Selling:
- Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their pavement maintenance needs, challenges, and budgetary constraints.
- Present and explain Modern Stripe's range of asphalt maintenance services, emphasizing the unique value proposition and benefits to the client.

3. Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed and customized proposals, cost estimates, and service agreements based on the client's specific requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proposed solutions align with the company's capabilities and adhere to industry standards.

4. Relationship Building:
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, client feedback, and competitors' offerings to continually improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

5. Sales Target Achievement:
- Set ambitious sales targets and actively work to achieve or exceed them on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience in the pavement maintenance or related industry, with a strong understanding of asphalt maintenance practices and services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet with clients within the designated territory.
